pro juventute is recognised as a legally independent foundation that is subject to the foundation supervision of the state of Berlin. As a non-profit and charitable institution, it is authorised to issue donation receipts with tax effect (§ 50 para. 1 EStDV). This receipt can be downloaded for donations of up to 300 euros. In conjunction with the bank statement or cash payment receipt, this serves as a donation receipt for submission to the tax office.
